Strengthening Families Program

Purpose & Benefits:
– Improve family relationships
-Reduce risk factors for behavioral, emotional, academic and social problems
-Increase youth social and life skills
-Improve parenting skills
-Learn to support youth’s goals and dreams
-Learn how to talk to your children about drugs and alcohol
Services are free of charge, meal at every meeting, $50 gift certificate to each family that completes program, free on-site babysitting, and a family portrait.
Eligility:
-Families with children ages 11 t0 16 years old
-14 week program plus two interviews/surveys
-Meet once a week in the evenings
