There’s no more urgent time to be in community than now. Amid the fear, shock, and uncertainty surrounding Trump’s reelection — and the significant role Latinx people played in the outcome — many of us are left asking: what can we do moving forward?

Our recommendation? Get more involved with our local Latinx communities and grassroots organizations. In a city full of immigrants, workers, artists, and students, it’s essential to strengthen our networks and seek new ones. Here are a few upcoming events that center on community building, education, and solidarity.

Organizing gatherings or demonstrations? We’d love to include them, especially those centered on immigrants and Latinx lives. Send us an email at calendario@eltecolote.org.
