The Mission Community Market returned to Bartlett and 22nd streets Jan. 17, with vendors such as Twin Girls Farm, Blue House Farm, Roli Roti and Arizmendi Bakery.
A street stage that resembled a temporary parklet had Shannon Harney and The Everybody Band entertaining children and adults alike.

Jeremy Shaw of the Mission Community Market says each year the market has been growing bigger. In addition to food and produce, the market offers bilingual programs and workshops to promote health through its Mission Health Promotora Project. The market accepts CAL Fresh and WIC checks.

Starting this year the market will be open year-round, every Thursday from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.—rain or shine.
