Mariachi bands, folklorico dancers, and an outdoor market celebrating Hispanic food and art will be featured at the fifth annual Hayward Mariachi Festival from 4 pm to 9 pm on Friday, Oct. 3 at Hayward City Hall Plaza. This free, family-friendly event is hosted by the Hayward Chamber of Commerce and the City of Hayward as well as a multitude of co-sponsors. There are still a few vendor spaces available. Please advertise this exciting free event for the East Bay community!
