Led by the ever-popular Unique Derique, the Hoopla features: dancing to music by Chelle! & Friends; eco-friendly crafts courtesy of Trash Mash-Up; a mad scientist in our spooky graveyard; roving antics from the Pi Clowns; candy bag decorating with the Childrenās Creativity Museum; and palm reading from the mysterious Madam Z. Bring your camera for the Ghoulish Photo Booth, and take a memento home! The program culminates in the eagerly awaited Halloween Costume Parade, where everyone shows off their Halloween finery.
