Bay Area music giants John Santos, Orestes Vilató, Roger Glenn, Tito Gonzalez, andAnthony Blea will headline an all-star show blending salsa and Latin jazz in a benefit dance celebrating the 44th anniversary of San Francisco’s original English/Spanish bilingual, biweekly, El Tecolote.
The evening features two musical dance bands—the Mission-based Adelante featuring vocalist Tito Gonzalez and pianist Cesar Ascarrunz, and the Rico Ritmo All-Starsfeaturing Glenn, Santos, Vilató and Blea.
