Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts present “Chicano Soul Eastside Story” Lowrider photo exhibit and more. Artists: Yolanda Lopez, Art Meza, Adolfo Arias and Fern Balladares, whose art work speak lowrider culture past and present. The East Side Story exhibit, located in the main gallery on the second floor, will highlight Yolanda Lopez’s woman car club photo series “Las Santas Locas” dated 1979. The west side gallery will feature “Chicano Soul” with Art Meza’s black and white photographs of lowrider cars. DJ Soulera will spin oldies! Lowrider car exhibit on Mission Street and cruising on Mission Street after the Reception!
