MCCLA hosts a community celebration for Chata Gutierrez, one of the Bay Area’s most-recognized salsa DJ’s. Chata will broadcast her award-winning radio show “Con Clave” LIVE! from the Mission Cultural Center lobby from noon-3 pm on KPOO (89.5 fm). Ms. Gutierrez has been battling liver cancer for the past couple years, so consider this another chance to show support for our beloved sister. FREE and OPEN to everyone, the MCCLA lobby will be converted into the hottest salsa dance floor on this side of the airwaves.
