A Celebration of Afro-Peruvian day – 160 years of the abolition of slavery. For the first cajoneada in the U.S. we will be trying to collect 160 cajones for the 160 years of the abolition of slavery. If you own a cajon, bring it. You don’t need experience to be part of this festival of music and Afro-Peruvian food. Peruvian food will be available for sale. •
