Your culture, story, and presence are vital to the Mission District’s spirit. This sanctuary thrives on diversity, honors our roots, and celebrates the richness of our shared heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Portraiture is power. Photography dignifies and amplifies the stories of our people, celebrating those who carry ancestral traditions into the modern world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

33 portraits, 33 countries:<\/strong> Each portrait will represent one of the 33 Latin American countries, featuring cultura keepers adorned in regalia tied to their roots. Photographed in the heart of the Mission District, these images will symbolize resilience, pride, and activism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
