A multi-instrumentalist, activist, and educator, La Do\u00f1a (Cecilia Cassandra Pe\u00f1a-Govea) blends the traditional sounds of Latinx music\u2014like corrido, cumbia, and mariachi\u2014with modern styles, creating powerful performances that bring people together for healing, dancing, and collective action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Featured Latinx artists<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The night also features <strong>Inti Mystica<\/strong>, a group that mixes traditional Latin rhythms with hip-hop, rock, and electronic beats, offering a one-of-a-kind musical experience. <strong>Bulul\u00fa<\/strong>, a high-energy band rooted in the music of Venezuela and the Caribbean, will deliver a dynamic show with styles ranging from calypso to salsa. Their LGBTQ+ inclusive, majority-female lineup is a celebration of diversity and Latinx pride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Montijo will captivate audiences with her debut album <strong>Esot\u00e9rica Tropical,<\/strong> a heartfelt tribute to Puerto Rico, filled with songs of resilience and healing. Rounding out the lineup is <em>AGANA<\/em>, a muralist and visual artist whose live performance art highlights themes of racial justice, women\u2019s empowerment, and liberation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read Central and South America.
