Paseo highlighted various events such as the aftermath of the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake, which birthed the explosion of graffiti, Mike \u201cDREAM,\u201d the UFW and the passing of Cesar Chavez, Coro Hispano, the Women\u2019s Building mural, immigrants and youth against Proposition 187 and 209, internet technology, Dotcom gentrification and the housing crisis.
