A large group of protestors, non profit organizations and community members march from 16th Street to the front of San Francisco\u2019s City Hall in solidarity of International Workers Day on May 1, 2023. The protestors, which included members of Dolores Street Community Services, CARECEN SF, Mujeres Unidas y Activas and other non-profit organizations, met on the corner of 16th Street and Mission Street and heard messages from various speakers. The protestors then walked down Mission Street toward San Francisco\u2019s Civic Center until they reached Civic Center Plaza where labor rights organizer David Valencia emphasized the support for pending labor bills like the Safety Net for All Workers Act (SB 227) and California Senate Bill 686.
