admire the fine craftsmanship of your posture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solid hope of monumental perceptibility:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the strategy of your beauty<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the waist of your mystic smile<\/p>\n\n\n\n

confronts an enemy of humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the gymnastic images<\/p>\n\n\n\n

of your liberating torch,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

you ascend to the blue of the firmament<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to proudly wave your historic figure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The guardians of savage capitalism appear<\/p>\n\n\n\n

with gestures of free exploitation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

championing corporate monopoly, but<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the strength of your universal symbol<\/p>\n\n\n\n

unmasks the merchants of poverty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A super-bureaucrat with macabre interests <\/p>\n\n\n\n

strikes the base of your humanist statue <\/p>\n\n\n\n

and between your solid foundations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

your internationalist dreams belch forth<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to deny the vulgar aggressor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the heart of your white structure,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

your heartbeats sustain an american mirage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The beauty of our millenary corn <\/p>\n\n\n\n

accompanies the statue of liberty to her new home<\/p>\n\n\n\n

     on the banks of the Rio Grande<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u2026reaching a hand out to immigrant dreams.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
