Teatro Visi\u00f3n co-founder and Artistic Director Elisa Marina Alvarado spent nearly a decade developing this exclusive production in collaboration with a nationally renowned team of artists, including playwright Evelina Fern\u00e1ndez, composer Russell Rodr\u00edguez and choreographer Mar\u00eda De La Rosa. MACARIO debuted to rave reviews and packed houses in October 2013. This year, Alvarado passes the director\u2019s reins to her 2013 co-director and longtime Teatro Visi\u00f3n artistic associate, Rodrigo Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n
