[su_box title=”4th annual Two Spirit Powwow” box_color=”#131212″]On Saturday Feb. 7, Bay Area American Indian Two-Spirits (BAAITS) held their 4th annual Two Spirit Powwow at the Cow Palace in Daly City. The event provided a space for members of various indigenous nations from all over the Americas to share in friendly competition and help restore and recover the role of Two-Sprit people within the American Indian/First Nation community. Two-Spirit people are those defined as LGBTI, gender variant, or who manifest both masculine and feminine spiritual qualities. [/su_box]
